This site is built to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is a standard about being genuinely usable — with a keyboard, with a screen reader, at large text sizes, and by people who find low-contrast text hard to read.

What that means in practice

• Every page works without a mouse, and the keyboard focus is always visible
• Text meets contrast requirements against its background
• Pages use real headings in order, so screen readers can navigate by structure
• Text resizes without content being cut off or overlapping
• Animation is reduced automatically if your device asks for that
• Nothing important is communicated by colour alone

If a page on this site is preventing you from getting the information or the appointment you need, tell us over the phone and we will deal with it directly in the meantime.
